Looking for an HR-Tech Enterprise Software Sales professional
Responsible for :
- Sales and support end-user and channel partners
- Sales of HR Software solutions
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans
- Handle sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
- Have strong customer focus, business and financial acumen
- In depth industry knowledge of HRTech
- 12-18 years of Business to Business sales experience, with exposure to HR Tech Industry
- Great relationships in the HR space especially in the CXO category
- Expertise in B2B Enterprise business and HR Tech space
