- Reporting Structure: Regional Director, Sales

Work Experience: 12 +years of experience in Sales and Business Development role.

Qualification: BA/BS. MBA preferred. He/she will hold a first degree, or equivalent, in an appropriate technical or business discipline.

Location: Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities:

- Sales Planning with the Vice President of Sales for Asia on Sales target, clients and go to market strategies;

- Must possess top C level connects at banks in the region

- Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and developing new business and clients through existing networks, targeted calling and campaigns

- Attending meetings with prospects in your vertical markets and geographies

- Leading the sales response to qualified opportunities

- Leading the production of high quality proposals, RFI's presentations and other written materials to support bidding information

- Negotiating commercial and legal agreements with clients

- Gathering market and customer information and maintaining CRM systems for reporting purposes

- Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of your market and new technologies

- Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas of development.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- To have excellent business acumen & business development skills, rounded business experience, and good negotiation and people skills

- He/she will have proven track record of selling to Global Financial Service and Banking Companies

- Domain knowledge of banking industry with extensive experience in selling Core Banking, Innovative Personalized Financial Management, Account Aggregation, Online Banking, Advisory Solutions, Cash Management, Funds Transfer & Risk Management solutions across all Digital Channels

- Experience across Strategic Sales, Business Development and Consulting led sales engagements across Banks & FIs

- He/she will have extensive executive level relationships in Leading FIs in India & South Asia

- Strong C Top to Top level relationships and adept at building partnerships with Customers, eco-system partners and Internal Stakeholders to drive aggressive revenue growth

- Responsible for new client acquisitions

- Leadership role in all aspects of Solution & Product Sales - client relationship, market analysis, strategy formulation, target market identification, opportunity qualification, account management, P&L responsibility, sales forecasting and techno-commercial negotiations

- Manage the process of Channel partner evaluation / selection management & relationship

- Strong track record to be able to work in new markets with limited resources

- Excellent reasoning, problem solving and communication skills are essential, in order to provide robust and efficient solutions to client problems, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues from other technical and management disciplines;

- Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets /KPI's by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients- needs and matching with a tailored solution;
