- We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and autonomous self-driven Director of Sales to lead our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) B2B SaaS products division.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the fintech industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills. A hunter mentality and a drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment are essential
- The Sales Head will identify market opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and manage the sales cycle to close new business opportunities, primarily targeting financial institutions.
- Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting value-driven solutions, navigating complex client organizations, and meeting sales objectives through accurate forecasting.
Sales Development and Closing:
- Candidates must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B enterprise environment, with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in AML and compliance technologies.
- Strong skills in deal finalization, sales proposal structuring, and managing complex sales processes are required, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and market needs is essential.
- The ideal candidate should be results-driven, adaptable to changing market conditions, and skilled in cultivating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships while effectively articulating the value of AML solutions.
