Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPHRM, CHC, CCEP) preferred.

- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in client-facing roles related to risk management and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, driving sales, and revenue growth in the healthcare domain.

- Excellent leadership, project management, and client relationship management abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and regulatory challenges and provide practical solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present complex information in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in using data analytics and technology tools to enhance risk assessment and compliance processes.

- Strong commitment to thought leadership, staying updated with evolving healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices in risk management and regulatory compliance, and sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the healthcare domain.
