Director - Risk Execution

The Director will be responsible for all oversight aspects of Risk Execution, including; application development, user acceptance testing, MIS and production support. These responsibilities require extensive interaction with internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups so strong communication skills are critical to being successful in the role. You will be responsible for overall management of the staff including; scheduling, performance evaluations, development plans, talent review, staff meetings, and communication of site activities.

You will lead team efforts in the following areas ;

- The User Acceptance Testing team is responsible for code validations for policy changes

- The Application Development team will have responsibility for developing new and updated policy changes

- The Production Support team will be responsible for; documenting and monitoring all production Risk processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required; advanced degree is preferred.

- Must be familiar with Software Development Life Cycle principles and methodologies

- Minimum of 10+ years of related technical experience

- Minimum 7+ years people management experience
