Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Drive the service segment in strategic direction including newer avenues for sustainable revenues, innovation and strategic partnerships
- Consult with leaders, sales and marketing teams to structure rolling business plan and formulate measures to achieve them
- Drive the relationships with the business partners for service delivery
Leadership
- Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations at senior executive levels
Project management
- Being responsible for all aspects of project and reflect our high quality standards. Being a business/functional Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to a project delivery. Managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships.
- Leading and managing multiple projects, delivering them on timely basis and regularly monitoring them
Operational management
- Being responsible for quality of deliverables in the Risk Assurance & Advisory division
- Should be able to independently present to audit committees and BOD where required for operation
- Being responsible for revenues, budgets, billings, collection and recovery from the client projects
- Implementing the need for tools, technologies, training etc to enable service delivery on an ongoing basis
- Identify digital transformation opportunities and implement the same
Team management
- Create a strong learning culture within the team
- Manage teams including supporting & implementing processes like appraisals, mentoring, coaching, training, capability development
- Identify development needs of team members, pro-actively develop skills that are required currently & in future, grooming them to take on additional responsibilities and facilitating their growth

Desired Candidate Profile
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- A Chartered accountant with 12 to 15 years of experience in Risk Assurance & Advisory
- Should have exposure/experience in conducting Fraud investigation & Forensic assignments as well
- Certifications in CAA, CFE & CIFA is an added advantage
- Should possess strong data analytical skills and have knowledge of technology / automation and how to use it to transform delivery of the operation
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Should have handled projects where he has the ability to present the report to audit committees or management level people independently
- A proven track record of managing operations along with strategic initiatives like growth, addition of products/ sub-service lines etc.
- Should have strong people management skills
- Should have contributed in writing thought leadership content
