They are looking to hire a strong HR leader with experience in the new age technology Digital/ Online domain to drive the Total Rewards strategy and create a strong HR transformation journey in the company to create a tangible impact on business and employee experiences.
Description :
- Design and deliver strategies to ensure total rewards are closely aligned with individual and/or team performance and engagement
- Research market trends and apply the findings to develop and tailor policies, programs, that address the organisation's ability to attract, retain and engage employees
- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the operations
Profile :
- At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources including Rewards, HR Business Partnering post MBA from a Tier 1 B-School
- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization
- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations
- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, performance and metrics tracking
