Director- Revenue Cycle Management & US Healthcare - Payer & Provider
Responsibilities:
As a director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, drive new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines
- Build strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectors
- Connect and build relationships to analyze current engagement plans, engagement business models and relevant performance metrics, driving and aligning necessary change management and learning support solutions across an organization through a broad understanding of innovation, people and business strategies
- Analyze data and compare forecasted data to actual outcomes
- Responsible for financial aspects of engagements, e.g. invoicing, budget and collection
- Identify and discuss key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities; responsibility for a majority of day-to-day client communications
- Help grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching; balancing everyday coaching with timely, candid and constructive formal performance feedback to coaches throughout the year
Required Knowledge and Skills :
Demonstrates proven record of success directing efforts in leading large-scale engagements and managing client accounts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment through the following abilities:
- Proactively understanding market and industry trends in order to develop business initiatives and relationships that help achieve competitive advantage
- Generating a vision, establishing directions and creating an atmosphere of trust; values the success of others' engagements
- Seeking out diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
- Communicating with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences
- Leveraging MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio to communicate effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences
Job Requirements and Preferences:
- Minimum Degree Required: bachelor's degree or higher required in business related field, Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered
- Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years in a healthcare setting in a supervisory capacity for accounts receivable management
