Job Description:

Customer Insight & Market Awareness:

- Understand Customer Behaviour: Analyse and deeply understand customer behaviour to translate insights into actionable strategies. Stay updated on evolving trends and strategic priorities through comprehensive data analysis to predict customer behaviour.

Market Trends & Opportunities:

- Stay ahead of market trends in a dynamic landscape. Identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that have a significant impact. Ensure competitiveness in both online and offline marketplaces.

Financial Management:

- Budget Ownership: Manage and oversee growth budgets and spending across various channels and promotions to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Team Building: Lead, build, and grow a strong team, fostering a high-performance culture. Convert strategic plans into actionable tasks by influencing and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key Deliverables:

Demand Generation - Revenue, Traffic & Conversion:

Revenue Planning:

- Develop and execute plans to meet revenue targets.

Traffic Management:

- Own and manage platform traffic to ensure a steady flow of visitors.

- Promotions Calendar: Plan, create, and execute a promotions calendar, including events and campaigns to drive growth.

Conversion Improvement:

- Drive initiatives to enhance platform conversion rates and create promotions that boost revenue and margins.

Consumer Experience - Storefronts & CRM:

- Customer Experience Management: Own and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless discovery and journey.

Cross-Selling & Upselling:

- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Promotions Policy Development: Develop a data-backed promotions policy to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify high ROI initiatives that build awareness and encourage customer trials.

People Leadership:

- Build, retain, and develop a strong team to deliver across functions.

Goal Setting:

- Set clear goals, define key performance indicators, and ensure the team tracks effectively towards achieving them.
