- Develop and implement the Retail Portfolio Leasing business plan in line with approved MP strategic directions.

- Enhance and develop the policies and procedures to ensure that MP and Clients satisfaction are met to the full extent.

- Identify potential customers for Retail leasing services.

- Increase Retail leasing services market share.

- Maintain relationships with existing leasing customers to build their loyalty and ensure high level customer satisfaction.

- Provide solutions to any internal issues within the Commercial Directorate, impeding effective operations of Retail leasing and customer service teams.

- Develop partnership models with external service providers, to ensure capability to deliver increased scope of 3rd party contracts within optimal costs.

- Manage external leasing service providers to ensure they operate under agreed terms and conditions as well as to guarantee high level service delivery to the assigned customers.

- Provide feedback on MP Retail development activities as well as initiates projects directed towards increasing efficiency of Retail portfolio operations.

- Prepare yearly leasing budgets as well as ensure the budget is being followed.

- Prepare regular comprehensive reports on the Retail portfolio activities.

- Develop, propose, and agree service charge models for all Assets and ensure deployment through relevant billing processes.

- Develop Hard Asset register and associated lifecycle models (if any).

- Provide advice to Investment team on anticipated asset replacement costs for current and following years budgets.

- Optimize costs through value engineering exercises.

- Responsible for Business continuity planning and deployment of MDD and any other assets.

- Liaise with Project Procurement for timely delivery of tendering and procurement services for current and future contracts.

- Ensure regular coordination with Finance for payments and Operations financial reporting.

- Manage employees under supervision to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required for quality work. Ensures their efforts are directed towards set goals achievement as well as builds and maintains high levels of employee engagement.
