Started in 2002 by a group of young corporate professionals, today we have evolved into a national level development organization with project presence in 25 states across India, 10 offices in strategic locations and over 400 employees, besides countless volunteers, well wishers and supporters.  Role:  - To develop overall resource mobilization strategies for the organization (which includes Corporate Fundraising, Individual and Institutional partnerships).  - To lead cross functional resource mobilization departments to achieve desired objectives.  Job Description / Responsibilities:  - To identify and stay abreast of key market trends, explore new opportunities for funding by analyzing donor requirements, market/competitors trend and forecasting projected business  - To strategize multi-level and long-term business plans that include goals and action plan needed to acquire the financial resources necessary to sustain and expand Smile foundation.   - To work closely with Communication and Program team to align the strategic aspects of fundraising with organizational aims and objectives  - To lead cross functional resource mobilization team using different resource mobilization tools (Corporate Partnerships, Individual Partnership, Direct mailing and Digital  - To plan & execute nurturing and retention strategy of existing donors  - To assess, evaluate, execute and report on business plans and achievements to the Management.  Desired profile of the candidate:  Candidate must be having good amount of experience in Development Sector  - Should be from a marketing background.  - Preferably worked with a large NGO.  - Proven track record of fundraising.  - Presentable with good verbal and oral skills.  - Strong team management and people skills; Ability to constantly solicit feedback from teams, donors and make necessary changes and adjustments.  - Demonstrated leadership, networking and negotiation skills   - Willingness to travel as needed  - Experience with working in cross functional teams  - Strong proficiency using all Microsoft Applications, Gmail  - Having 12-20 years of fundraising experience.
