Director - Resolution & Recoveries - Stressed Assets - NBFC

About Our Client :

Our client is one of the leading ARC business in India with strong foothold in the business.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the CEO and COO of the Organization you will be responsible for-

- Director resolution will be responsible for delivering recovery results from the acquired portfolios.

- Scale the partner network on a pan India basis to support business scale

- Formulate/ finalize resolution plans for financial assets and analyze the funding requirements

- Coordinate and monitor resolution transactions ( drive the resolution process, revival/ restructuring of distressed units, supervise negotiations with borrowers/ guarantors etc and participate in critical negotiations

- Strong working knowledge of SARFAESI ACT is required for the role

- Supervise unsecured debt collections and management of outsourced collection agencies

- Participate in briefing senior counsels

- Monitor revival/ restructuring cases involving funding by the company

- Monitor and develop network service providers like rating agencies, valuers, enforcement agents, security agencies, NBFC and distress funds

- Manage and develop resolution team

The Successful Applicant :

- MBA/ CA with 10+ years work experience with strong understanding of analysis of financial statements, techno-economic feasibility / viability reports., knowledge of SARFAESI, functioning of DRTs/ DRATs and official liquidators

- Experience in banking, NBFC/ARC in recoveries and collections
