About our Client : Our client, one of the large independent technology research firms globally is looking to expand their advisory services to their customers across sectors primarily IT, Telecom and Healthcare. They are looking for a seasoned research professional with experience in market intelligence and research to lead their team in India and support their business in sector/domain specific and functional research.

Job Description: Reporting into Business Head, you will lead the business for research across sectors.

- You will lead the team for data gathering, research, market intelligence and report writing to build capability in business research and generating indepth insights for clients.

- You would help them position as a global leader in research working closely with teams in other geographies.

- You would also ensure service delivery for large engagements associated with operational aspect of business unit.

You would also be responsible for:

- Driving innovation and thought leadership in the center.

- Lead and grow a team to deliver high quality service to clients.

- Work closely with business sales team and also liaise with media or communications team to present and promote the services.

The Successful Candidate:

- You should be an MBA with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience working in research with a professional services firm.

- Proven track record of managing a team of senior professionals in research services.

- Ability to lead and grow large technical and consulting teams.

- Ability to understand and consolidate diverse and complex business information.
