Job Description :
As a Relationship Management professional, you will be responsible for managing the end to end Client Relationship Management. Will be responsible for Pre-Sales -supporting sales productivity and deal flow resulting in closure of new business, collaborate with sales, Operations and support resources to prepare the proposed deals.
You Will Be Also Be Responsible :
For Following Activities :
- Taking part in the proposal process in the functional scoping of response to RFPs, RFIs, Tenders, suggest time estimates, suggest methodology, provide estimation of project time and cost and write white papers.
- Preparation of presentations about the services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
- Responsible for interacting with clients, delivery and sales team; understanding their business technology needs and advise sales team accordingly.
- Maintaining good relationship across all levels- internal and external clients
Looking at professionals with :
- 15-18 yrs of experience in Presales, Relationship Management portfolio from BPO/ITES industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement skills.
Shift Timing: 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM
