Looking for A Director Level in Recruitment Operations.
The person will be responsible for end to end recruitment process for the client.
Ensure recruitment process manual is updated.
Monitor or manager delivery of recruitment assignments, SLA's compliance and legislative requirements.
Represent client brand in market.
Taking care of contractual delivery's.
To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group
Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.
Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.
- Ensure all mandates are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other ad-hoc reports.
Full time MBA from a reputed college.
