We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Recruitments/ Resourcing/ Talent Acquisition/with a leading ITES organisation at Gurgaon.

Required experience of 11-15 yrs with full time MBA in Core recruitments .

Role involves:

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for different divions at PAN India.

- Develop and monitor the hiring plan for all business units in India to ensure optimum resource utilization .

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer

- Manage and provide direction to the team. Set team goals and regularly measure team performance
