About our Client - Our client is a US based Multinational and are leaders in the marketing and consulting space. With a global footprint and a very strong presence in India, they are looking for a Director - Talent Acquisition for their team in India.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of work force planning in India, your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the recruitment strategy for the country - including campus recruitment strategy, entry level recruitment, lateral recruitment and leadership hiring (Skill set hired will be across IT Consulting, marketing,
- Build and maintain long term partnership with various senior stakeholders across business and HR, both globally and in India
- Drive through your team various sourcing strategies in cost effective ways (e.g. social networking tools, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising, recruitment agencies)
- Leading recruitment projects such as employer branding activities, campus recruitment, employee referral programs etc. Partner with business leaders to drive and optimize talent acquisition activities including manpower planning forecasting and budgeting
- Partner closely with business to ensure all business needs are met and continuously work towards managing
The Successful Candidate - you will have 15+ years of work experience with at least 10 years in a specialist talent acquisition role. Exposure to working closely with regional stakeholders in a matrixed organization is essential for this role. You will have the exposure to hiring across both IT Consulting and Internet / Media.
