Director - Recruitment - BPO/RPO

Responsibilities : Incumbent will be responsible for hiring professionals for Sales,Plant & Research hiring. This person will be responsible for hiring 1000+ professionals & most of this is niche hiring considering standards.

Team : 10-20 People including RPO team

Location : One for Bangalore & One for Gurgaon

Preferred candidate would have strong executive presence with experience in Industrial hiring ( Plant, engineering, Research etc..) or would have done that in the past.
