Director-Real Estate for a Retail giant

1. Graduate with MBA or MRICS certification (preferred) having worked as Head RE for a pan India role

2. Must have experience of handling deals in ware housing solutions for large boxes pan India and well conversant with local environment in major metro and Tier II cities. Ecommerce exp preferred.

3. Must have legal awareness required for the due diligence of such deals and should be able to close transactions in close coordination with Legal,

4. Must have knowledge of basic ware house industry on building specifications, trucking and storage requirements and commercial terms.

5. People's manager with good communication skills, he shall need to do a lot of internal stake holder management.

6. Should have experience in International Property, Empanelment with other vendors

7. Should have handled a deals worth 200 crore each & above
