Job Description

An experienced leader to head the entire Hospital vertical Pan-India. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to start or lead a business. A person with hands-on experience on departmental Profit & Loss, leading highly efficient teams and a positive growth mindset. The organisation is looking for a self-driven leader who enjoys real estate business, has handled hospitals as a vertical and perhaps aspires to become an entrepreneur. With customer satisfaction the primary goal - the role includes:

1. Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans

2. Driving strategy and execution

3. Creating and leading a team of professionals

4. Networking with brands and creating partnerships

5. Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals

6. Creating and influencing database of investors

7. Creating and driving team of regional partners

8. Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

Required skills and qualifications :

- Management Graduate from a leading school

- Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency with hospital regulations - procedures and policies

- Conversant with new age trends and patterns

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
