Director - Real Estate (Hospital)

An experienced leader to head the entire Hospital vertical Pan-India. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to start or lead a business. A person with hands-on experience on departmental Profit & Loss, leading highly efficient teams and a positive growth mindset. With customer satisfaction the primary goal - the role includes:

- Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans

- Driving strategy and execution

- Creating and leading a team of professionals

- Networking with brands and creating partnerships

- Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals

- Creating and influencing database of investors

- Creating and driving team of regional partners

- Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

Required skills and qualifications:

- Management Graduate from a leading school

- Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency with hospital regulations - procedures and policies

- Conversant with new age trends and patterns

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
