About Our Client

Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion of their KPO operations in Manila, they are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Quality & Reengineering Consulting Function for the site in Manila, Philippines.

Job Description

Reporting into Senior Director, you would be responsible for driving the six sigma and reengineering consulting across organization and drive frameworks, methodologies and projects. You would also be responsible for:

- Leading the team of Quality Leaders and Black Belts and work closely with key stakeholders to assess demand across businesses.

- Conduct and execute six sigma and reengineering projects across fast growing site.

- Provide strategic direction to the team on all aspects of the business.

The Successful Applicant

- You should be Six Sigma Black Belt or MBB with 15 years of relevant post qualification experience

- Prior experience of leading six sigma & reengineering consulting with MNC organizations

- Certification in TRIZ along with experience in DFR, DOE and high end statistical requirements would be preferred

- In addition you should have exemplary communication and team management skills and you should be open to travel
