Director Quality Assurance / Testing
Role Description:
- Build a QA (quality assurance) automation strategy and drive to completion
- Manage a team responsible for quality assurance activities
- Interact with multiple customer stakeholders for engagement models, project execution strategies and deployment of engineers for various projects
- Provide leadership in the area of planning, estimation and prioritization activities to ensure successful execution of end-to-end testing projects
- People Management & Project Management
- Experience in various SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Background in financial services is essential (brokerage, securities trading, retail banking)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 14-17 years of relevant IT experience
