Ability to lead product QA team

- Ability to manage & plan QA for releases, sprints and customer patches

- Ability to define, align and execute QA strategy (Manual, automation, performance, Security)

- Proven and effective communication skills with stakeholders, clients

- Should have successfully implemented test automation strategy

- Should have good understanding of product life cycle and ecosystem

- Preferably good SME in identity governance and administration (IGA) and Privilege access management (PAM)
