- Strong experience in heading testing and QA practice in a product development company.

- Strong experience in handling a team of atleast 30+ resources.

- Experience in Online/ eCommerce/ Advertising/ Internet media domains is added advantage

- Hands on practice on handling different QA and Testing Environments.

- Very good in framing QA and Testing policies and Strategies.

- Strong experience in communication with Top Management executives in terms of new policies and strategies.
