Director - Public Relations - Mobile Devices

Currently hiring a Director - Public Relations for a Renowned company in the Mobile Devices space.

Need to be 8-12 years of experience in Marketing/PR and external facing experience the PR industry. This person needs to be well connected to media and journalists. Preferably from Mobile Devices/Consumer Electronics/PC Industry.

Public Relations:

Developing the strategic PR plan for the organization.

Successfully handle media communications, media relationship improvements, and embassy relations.

As an Independent contributor to PR activities of the company handled general issues arising from routine business operations.

Drafting press releases, media briefing documents, writing Case studies and other communication materials.

Media Relations:

Maintain strong media relations Media Relations to generate media visibility on technology, innovation, people practices, industry/academia cooperation.

Generate positive media stories focusing on cutting-edge solutions, innovation, Patents, localization etc through press releases, article contribution placement & one-on-one interviews with media.

Coordinate media requests & enquiries preparing Q&A & drafting responses to media enquiries, writing media briefing documents & presentation material for spokespersons of the company for press conference & media gathering & other media interactions.

Provide PR support to business units for events, launch, and announcements ensuring high level media visibility. Planning/Preparing/presenting/managing organization's annual PR budget, interacting & handling PR agency.
