Director-Projects(Restaurants/QSR) A leading QSR company is looking for Director-Projects , based in Bangalore. As the Director Projects, this role will encompass the following: - Head project expansion for Pan-India - Leading multidiscipline teams of retail design, MEP service, Procurement & Execution to roll-out pan expansion. - Responsible for overall Capex control - Stakeholder management and reporting to CEO - Spearhead PAN India retail deployment - Understand each regions business requirement, draw and execute rollout plan involving the central procurement team from HO - Develop suitable vendors for each of the region - Strategically guide the retail expansion teams and mentor regional project leaders - Reducing project risks substantially by establishing strong supplier & vendor network suitable for the organisation - Manage various functions that involve Furniture Development, Procurement Operations, Tendering, Design Management, etc. - Provided technical advice to Commercial Team for finalization of properties PAN India
