Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for assigned mixed-use development projects, ensuring successful project completion within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Manage a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Oversee all project phases, including feasibility studies, design development, permitting, procurement, construction management, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Mitigate project risks and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mixed-use development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, mixed-use commercial/hospitality projects.
- Extensive experience in high-rise building development is a must.
- Strong civil engineering background with a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e. , Primavera, MS Project).
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
