Director - Programme Manager (Finance & Technology)

Our client, a leading financial multinational firm are keen to connect with seasoned Directors with experience in Finance change function at enterprise level, portfolio management, delivery of significant programmes and define strategy. You must have with strong Technology and analytical mindset and experience of managing Regulatory and Control programmes.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Actively drive finance transformations and manage all elements of programmes end to end.

- Lead the programme or project teams through all stages of the development lifecycle.

- Identify opportunities for improvement.

- Influence and negotiate with global stakeholders for decision making.

- Define and plan resourcing and capacity strategy.

- Will be responsible to provide end-to-end strategic solutions.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 18 years of experience and 10 years of relevant Programme / portfolio management experience within the Financial Services industry.

- Should have managed large portfolio of programmes.

- Must have strong people management and leadership skills and exceptional stake holder management skills.

- Must have strong functional knowledge of finance processes, regulatory and controls.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
