Director of Products

We are looking for an dynamic product leader with leading B2C Consumer driven organization based at Delhi.

The primary responsibilities of this role is :

- Define the product strategy and roadmap.

- Develop a deep understanding of new and existing users' needs, make data-driven decisions about direction to grow consumer user base.

- Drive alignment with key strategic partners in Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Region teams, leading the evolution in the way that will drive competitive edge through pricing strategies.

- Formulate and communicate long-term objectives and expectations, define strategic direction.

- Facilitate communication throughout the development. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high quality products.

- High sensitivity to design and user-experience.

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.

- Be an expert with respect to the competition.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the products.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech & MBA from reputed B School is preferred.

- 12+ years product management experience with a focus on Consumer B2C.
