Director - Product Support & Operations - eCommerce

I am handling an opportunity for the role of Director Product Operations & Support Services with leading ecommerce company at Chennai.

It is only for Female leaders.

Job Responsibilities :

- Customer engagement, and requirement handling based on design thinking workshops.

- Led a successful product management initiative to propose long term and short term product strategy having a techno functional flavor.

- Led the movement of massive Supply chain development topics spanning supply & demand planning, logistics, warehouse & inventory management etc., from different geographical locations to consolidate within development teams in India.

- Design and implementation of a re-architected Intrastat solution, in order to cater to technology changes as well as massive simplification of the architecture due to simplification of organizations.

- Catering to overall customer base of a Small & Midsize market.

- B.Tech(Compulsory) with minimum 15 years experience from Products & Engineering services companies would be ideal fit.

- Well versed with CS Fundamentals, Data Structure, Algorithms & Problem solving.

- Knowledge of transition and executed at least two transition projects and setting up successful operations team.
