- Looking for an established product leader at Director level who has rich experience in payments or B2C products.

- It's a brilliant opportunity to own an entire charter of merchant experience product line for a global fintech company.

Description :

- Drive product strategy, design and the build for Merchant Experience products

- Interact with stakeholders to prioritize the need statement into effective product design choices

- You and your team will have to succefully onboard new merchants and work on retaining existing merchant base

- It entails complete ownership of the strategy and roadmap for the same / with conversion metric

- Set and reinforce product goals. Actively monitor key business metrics and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and merchant adoption goals

Profile :

- 12-15 yrs overall experience along with min 8 yrs of Product Management experience

- Payments / B2C product experience is a must

- Atleast 4-5 years of direct team (4-6 members) management experience - preferably a product team

- Btech Tier I/II pedigree, MBA is a plus
