- The Director, Subcomponent Growth & CCOE will be responsible for development and execution of the Mechanical Components Initiative to bring Tier 4 components to market, both domestically and in our High Growth Regions. Utilizing a network of low cost, high quality global engineering and supply chain capabilities, and in partnership with other Company's Strategic Business Groups, this leader is charted to drive growth in strategic product areas where Company has traditionally underserved, or not served at all.
- In addition to driving organic growth, this director will be responsible for the product line's inorganic growth strategy, strategic partnerships, and will lead a team of global program managers, sourcing leaders and engineers to successfully (and flawlessly) bring new products to market.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Strategy Development / Refinement
- Growth pipeline process and prioritization, in coordination with other product line owners
- Program management
- Direct leadership for global strategic marketing team focused on CCOE (India/China)
- Business model development and financial validation across 3 dimensions
- Organic and inorganic growth
- Operating Income expansion due to In-sourcing

- Area of responsibility includes new products, in-sourcing, transitions and cross SBG teamwork
- Validation of global supply base capability and cost structure required to make the business case
- Required to develop new partnerships (joint ventures and M&A)
- Required to work across all MPM product lines and Sourcing to develop pipeline and prioritization
You Must Have :
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (engineering, economics, math, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience (experience managing and promoting high technology products from inception through sunset); 8-10 years of total working experience
