Candidates having current experience in Travel/Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality Domain will be preferred.
- Build and manage a team of transversal Product Manager professionals
- Be accountable for the performance and results of Order product management assign to the team and report on activities.
- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Ensure effective utilization of individuals and checks on quality and quantity, and ensure budget control on the solutions
- Maintain the leadership on the solution with control and focused investment according to strategy and defined long-term plan
- Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans
- Work in autonomy and receive guidance from director on most-complex topics

- Interview and select candidates for the team

- Conduct annual appraisal interviews and provide input for salary reviews.
- Manage Budget and Roadmap
- Build product roadmap and track execution / accountable for budget utilization
- Apply budget reporting and performance input to Product Marketing in line with product vision & long-term plan
- Prioritize and arbitrate roadmap items as new business priorities arise, and communicate with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities
- Identify, analyze and assess business requirements from customers and prospects aligned with Order Management transformation.
- Benchmark other business needs.
- Give input to the product plan/Roadmap & long-term plan.
- Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
Promote the product
- Provide key information on the product to define the Value proposition
- Contribute to the launch plan with Product Marketing and other associated teams & Bus.
- Share content for product documentation, sales tools and collateral.
- Create standard and tailor-made presentations, and demo scripts showing product value.
- Give presentations, demos and familiarization sessions to customer, or train Sales to perform them.
- Participate to the preparation of key events, guaranteeing the success of product launch and follow up.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI for the product.
