Job Description - We are looking for a Product Leader who will be responsible to drive product roadmap, product strategy and product vision. This is a senior leadership role with very high global visibility.

Description :

- Drive product roadmaps and strategies and enhance vision of existing products to meet target applications and customer requirements.

- Ensure the implementation of the plan established for each product.

- Facilitate review of market, technology, and competitive trends, leading to development and review of product strategies / roadmaps and organizational priorities.

- Play a role as a central resource for design, manufacturing, quality, testing, marketing and distribution in the product life cycle.

- Instruct the people involved in the design, modification and evaluation of a specific product or group of products at all stages.

- Develop and implement long-term plans for cost / profit control

- Promote the use of new technologies and leading trends in the industry

- Hire, train, and advise to build a world-class product team

- Define and institutionalize new processes to increase efficiency, use synergies, and promote organizational maturity

- Become a change agent, promote process excellence, Product ownership, responsiveness to customer issues, and lead by example

Profile :

- Familiar with one or more semiconductor equipment series, whether it is deposition or etch

- Exposure to customer fabs and an experience in leading a team of process/application engineers/product managers/R&D engineers.

- Possess extensive experience in one's own function and a fair understanding of other functions within the organization

- Excellent collaboration and communication; form cross-functional partnerships to achieve successful execution

- Able to communicate complexity at a higher level to persuade different points of view.

- Able to convey clear information and value propositions with concise and clear guarantees.

- Able to solve unique and complex problems

- At least 10 years of experience with an engineering degree, a masters degree or a doctorate is an added advantage
