Job Description :

- As a Director of Product for Payments division in a B2B SaaS company, you will primarily be responsible for strategic product planning, defining, delivering, and continuously innovating Internet-based payments products and services.

Description :

- Define the product strategy and roadmap Product Lifecycle - manage it all from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Manage the entire product vertical for Payments business unit

- You will lead a team of Product Managers, investing your time in building a team and developing talent who can deliver awesome products

- You and your team will use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements

- You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership

Profile :

- 10-15 yrs of overall experience

- B.Tech and MBA education background

- Fintech background is a must

- Excellent at managing a team of PMs Good with strategic thinking

- Excellent communication skills with good technical background
