Director - Product Management - Education

What You'll Do :

- Leading the product. Bringing in the structuring and streamlining of workflow.

- Hiring really smart PMs and Designers and building the product team.

- Closely working with co-founders in coming up with product strategy and creating product roadmaps based on the company's strategy.

- Coming up with a plan of execution for every project. Catch up with PMs and Senior PMs on daily basis.

- Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan and implement projects.

- Sprint planning and quality check of the product. Identifying bottlenecks in the user flow and solving them on priority.

What We're Looking For :

- At Least 7+ years of Product Management experience, leading products from development to launch. You will be single handedly managing and executing your product.

- Co-founded a startup (preferebly an Edtech startup), worked in a product based company. Have seen the structuring and built products from scratch. Seen product scale and identified problems at scale.

- Set up processes in the past companies. Handled a team of at least 10 PMs in the past.

- Insanely proactive and innovative - we rely on your feedback to build a world-class product.

- Believes in a data driven approach. Come up with North Star metrics for each product and feature and make decisions based on data. A go-getter attitude. We take this very seriously. Drive the whole product team based on user demand and data.

- Previously worked in a high growth Edtech Startup.

- You are experienced and comfortable working at the technical level, understanding APIs and data.

- You are experienced working on a self-organizing agile software team.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have written PRDs in the past.

- You have a Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience.
