Job Description - As a Director of Product with the D2C e-commerce business, you will be responsible for understanding the consumer demand and for enabling the business with the technology to cater to that demand.

The client is one of India's largest DTC brands that is currently scaling 40-50% YoY with a presence across 1200+ cities. Led by a team of Harvard/IIT alumni they are backed by top venture funds and serial entrepreneurs.

Description :

As the Director of Product reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Working with the leadership to define the business and product strategy and leveraging the product to achieve business objectives

- Working with a team of product specialists to assimilate problem statements and articulate solutions to ensure maximum impact

- Building a team of high-performing individuals and setting them up for success

- Defining the portfolio of product investments for the business

Profile :

The ideal candidate will:

- Have 10+ years of experience in product management with strong exposure to e-commerce/retail sector

- Have hands-on experience scaling businesses and delivering outcomes

- Be a passionate leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills
