- Drive product requirements roadmap & user stories; coach team on Agile principles; A/B test & drive conversion improvement throughout order lifecycle by leveraging UGC & post order experience for consumer facing products
- Leading a team of product managers, program managers, analysts to increase NPS and reduce issues per order (IPS).
- Drive agenda with cross-functional business teams including category, seller, merchandising and technology
- Leverage customer study & business analytics to drive personalisation in communications, improve UX and customer education journey
- Conceptualize, implemented and A/B tested theProduct quality index with various cross-functional teams in which high quality product is being promoted in Search, CLP & promotional pages
