Position Responsibilities:
The Director, Customer Engagement Product Management will be responsible to drive the overall customer lifecycle engagement strategy and roadmap to serve our customers across globally collaborating with other product leaders globally to drive the strategy across product teams.
The responsibilities include:
- Own product strategy for engaging customers across international countries.
- Own and drive roadmap for customer lifecycle engagement across all relevant international markets.
- Manage a strong team of product managers and drive customer backwards thinking and a culture of looking around the bend to stay ahead of industry and customer expectations.
- Partner with segment/market product and business to drive the product vision and drive long term roadmap and go to market strategy.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to support opportunities to build for scale and extensibility and lower total cost of ownership.
- Driving Customer Needs, having clear Product Vision and Strategy, Building Product Roadmap and Development.
- 15 yrs of min exp ,experience in driving large scale transformation and high impact product launches required.
