Job Description :
The key responsibilities of the Product manager are as follows:
- Owning the product vision, strategy and road map of all Products and serve as Subject Matter Expert on the Products and its applications across verticals.
- Conducting research on current market trends, and other competitive products in the market and own and executing product launch plans.
- Assisting marketing in executing go-to-market plans.
- Driving all external communications related to product, including customers, prospects and partners.
- Conducting product training for Sales and Pre-sales.
- Evangelising the product at trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Managing the Product Backlog with working experience in an ALM tool such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborating with engineering leads to develop release plans and schedules, creating product specifications, detailing and prioritising requirement in a collaborative manner with the cross functional team comprising of UX, developers, and QA.
- Interacting directly with existing and prospective customers to analyze their business requirements and identify items to add to the Product Backlog.
- 10-15 years of strong, proven track record in product management at a SaaS/Enterprise software company with international exposure.
- Subject Matter expertise in any of the following fields - Content Marketing Platforms, Investment Research, Sales
Enablement, CRM, Marketing Automation, ECM, Web Content Management, Publishing Systems, or Content Automation systems.
- Experience with cloud software delivery in a B2B context.
- Strong organization skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives at a fast pace.
- Proven ability to think abstractly and develop creative solutions to real world problems.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle methods.
- Excellent written, verbal, web and face- to- face communication skills
