- As a Director - Product, you will be essentially responsible for identifying opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/priorities.
What you will do:
- Planning & delivering on the product roadmap, product innovations & ultimately the performance of the product for clients marketing requirements.
- Working closely with business analysts & delivery heads to get insights of campaign management converting them into feasible product features for improving clients performance.
- Recruiting, leading and managing a team of Product Managers, Product Associates & UI / UX experts.
- Working closely with Engineering team to align them on the product vision, features & delivery of the product roadmap.
- Following industry trends through exploring competitive products, meeting with partners, attending conferences, and investigating new technologies
- Developing training & marketing material for sales teams evangelizing the proprietary product & Google & Facebook Ad Products.
- Creating quarterly key product objectives and key goals
- Participating in client meetings as a Product Expert on regular basis, taking feedback and translating learnings into product enhancements.
What you need to have:
- B.Tech or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field from a top institution
- 12+ years of experience working in product management or engineering and proficiency in leading digital product management software (e.g. Jira, Balsamiq, proto.io etc.)
- Prior experience in Marketing SaaS companies
- Prior experience as a software developer for a SaaS product is a huge plus
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in another data programming language (Python, R, etc.)
- Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, etc.)
- Solid technical skills, knowledge of APIs, and comfortable diving into technical challenges
- Aptitude for understanding and articulating technical concepts to others in a crisp way
- Excellent time-management and project management skills
- Ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously
- Ability to own and run projects end-to-end (research, assessing risks, evaluating alternative solutions, and coordinating execution), and build processes to scale with limited resources
- Proven sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently as well as within teams
- Understanding of AdTech / Martech landscape & operational understanding of Google & Facebooks Advertising platform
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
