Director - Product - IT

Own the execution of key product initiatives by helping the team deliver consistently, rapidly, and effectively.

- Develop an operational and data infrastructure that maintains core SLAs, defines intra and inter-team communication, and makes decisions using qualitative and quantitative behavior

- Manage and mentor a team of technical product managers who embody BrowserStack values, work together, and take pride in shipping products

- Build a product development process of continuous and rapid deployment.

- Create strong and effective relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, and support and collaborate to achieve goals

- Represent the customer. Conduct and integrate usability studies, user research, and stakeholder feedback into one viewpoint.

Requirements:

- Computer science degree

- 3+ years of QA experience or web and app development

- 5+ years in SaaS product management with global customers

- 5+ years leading a team of Product Managers

- Track record of delivering SaaS products that drove significant revenues and were used by customers at scale

- Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- User-driven approach to build delightful products users love

- Intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner with a strong bias for action

- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch; must have a positive attitude and ability to roll-up their sleeves to get things done.
