Job Responsibilities :

- Lead Product Management team for a key vertical

- Determine customers' needs; accumulate and refine ideas for new products.

- Conduct customer research/ interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements.

- Lead all aspects of eCommerce platform: consumer facing applications (app/Web), back end products e.g. logistics, supply chain, operations.

- Document use cases for product/feature development. Prioritise ruthlessly

- Create a data-driven, customer-first mindset

- Build and grow a great product management team

Profile :

Requirements :

- 10+ years of product management experience in B2C products or consulting or running own e commerce company

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA

- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.

- Solid track record of building and shipping multiple products with a high business impact.

- Solid track record of building and leading teams

- Relentless executor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment
