As our Growth Lead, you'll quarterback the transformation of Indian sports e-commerce, leading your team to victory by orchestrating innovative product developments and growth strategies that captivate sports fans and convert them into devoted patrons.
Your Role:
- Collaborate closely with leadership to craft business strategies and sculpt a product vision that propels us into the forefront of the industry.
- Lead the charge by overseeing day-to-day D2C orders, ensuring a frictionless purchasing journey for our users.
- Conceptualise and execute product-led growth strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, fostering engagement, and bolstering retention rates.
- Set and track Product and Growth OKRs, furnishing clear guidance for your team while continually fine-tuning and optimising performance against predetermined benchmarks.
- Spearhead the formulation of marketing-led growth strategies, driving D2C expansion initiatives and adeptly managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.
- Forge close collaborations with category counterparts to seamlessly integrate product and growth strategies, ensuring a foolproof game plan for success.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience in the world of e-commerce, specifically in D2C retail brands.
- Proven track record of owning and dominating a major metric within an organization, whether it's orders, revenue, conversions, or any other game-changing KPI.
- A minimum of 3 years leading growth teams, showcasing your ability to rally the troops and lead them to victory.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product development.
- Exposure to performance marketing is a must, demonstrating your ability to drive results and maximize ROI in the competitive world of sports commerce.
Good to Haves:
- Omnichannel experience is a touchdown, showcasing your experience across multiple channels, from online platforms to brick-and-mortar stores.
- Exposure to brand marketing, including below-the-line (BTL) marketing, is essential.
- Startup experience is a game-changer, highlighting your adaptability and innovation in fast-paced environments.
