Director - Product Engineering - IT Services

Hiring Product Engineering Director for a leading Global IT client in Hyderabad.

Job Profile - 

- Lead product engineering teams to translate the product strategy into an actionable and executable plan for profitable results.

- Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of products

- Lead a team of smart engineers by setting clear and effective goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.

- Expertise in multi-site global delivery

- Worked on a single product/portfolio

- Understand legacy challenges of a product & work roadmap

- Understand build and deploy over cloud, microservices architecture

- Working experience of Java / .NET

- Focus on quality, scope, productivity, budget and timeline

- Strong leadership, coaching, team building and people development skills

- Managed a large team

Desired Profile:

- 15 + years of experience in product engineering from IT product companies.

- Working knowledge of Java / dot net

- Currently drawing a salary above 40L
