About the client :

Our client is a fast growing firm with a strong focus on Banking Products.

Responsibilities :

- The role will take Technical ownership of a significant portion of a specific line of business within the organization responsible for Product Engineering, Design, Architecture and Development of Products within Banking. The role is expected to understand the Banking domain.

- The incumbent must have experience and appreciation of changing trends. It would be very important to adapt to the new trends and provide solutions that suit the customers- future-looking needs. This will not only help in consolidating relationships for the current business, it would also help in opening up new avenues as well.

- 14-20 years of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong Product Engineering / Product Development experience (preferably within Banking),

- Prior experience of having worked in a leadership role within Product Engineering,

- Develop the best of the breed technical design / architecture and approach for new product development,

- An understanding and appreciation of the Banking Product landscape would help,

- Compliance with build/release and configuration management process,

- Developing technical road-map,

- Driving New Feature Development and execution of seed projects to address the road-map and to achieve technical goals,

- Hands-on leadership style and strong execution skills,

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions,

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically,

- Ability to work with an organization at a growth stage.
