Director - Product Development - Microfinance Business

We are handling an urgent assignment for the role of Director Products Development to be based at Bangalore with leading start-up into Micro finance business.

- A person will be responsible for devising a path for the entire product portfolio.

- Responsible for building the strategy for entire product lines.

- Excellent knowledge in designing and building product portfolio.

- Excellent understanding of technolgy should be able to handle technical teams.

- Knowledge of working in an agile environment.

- Strong expertise in a product management role in Saas / Product technology business.

- Should work with multiple stakeholders and business partners.

- Excellent leadership skill to build team and drive the product portfolio.

- Minimum 8 - 12 years exp with very strong B2C expertise.

- B.Tech + MBA from top tier colleges.

- Extensive experience in B2C Environment and product development.
