Director - Product Development - Java & Linux Platform

One of our CMM level 5 MNC client is looking for a Product Development Director. The person should have strong Technical as well as Management capabilities. Salary will not be a limiting factor.

Experience : 15+ years in Product Development

Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech.

Job Description :

- End to end delivery management for cutting edge products on Java & Linux platform.

- Drive all phases of SDLC in Agile and Waterfall models

- Strong task manager with regular in-depth reviews.

- Prompt tracking and measurement to know the progress at any time.

- Define tools and methodologies to identify and leverage key strengths and opportunities for focused improvements.

- Drive the team of at least 70-80 people team.

- Participating in requirement capturing with the client.

- Strong technical leader with understanding of cutting edge technology, design patterns etc.

- Constant focus on prioritization, efforts, schedules, quality to meet the goals in timely manner.

- Excellent written and presentation skills.

- Strong educational background with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech from top notch institutes.
