Director - Product Controller - Credit Products

Our client a leading global financial institution is currently hiring for Director- Product Controller. Individuals having worked on Products like: Loans, Credit Default Swaps, and equity securities would ideally be the right fit for this role.

- You will be responsible to manage a team who will work closely with the trading desk, trade support, technology, financial control, and other infrastructure areas to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the trading desks' results including daily P&L reporting, management commentaries, and exception processing. Looking for candidates open for Lateral movement only.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage teams responsible for calculation and post loan valuation model adjustments.

- Manage daily P/L production, control processes, and reporting distributed to Front Office and other business partners.

- Multi-GAAP (US GAAP, Swiss GAAP, IFRS) balance sheet and P&L reporting.

- Oversee month-end control processes including sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, price testing completeness, balance sheet substantiation, position validation, and SOX documentation.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 18 plus years of experience with 8+ years of relevant experience in product control managing credit products.
